About Us
Townsville Endodontics is the region’s locally owned and operated specialist endodontic clinic and was established in 2023 under the direction of Dr Olivia Rae. Dr Rae was born and raised in the Burdekin and cared for patients as a general dentist across Townsville for several years prior to temporarily relocating to Victoria to pursue further studies and complete her Doctor of Clinical Dentistry degree, specialising in Endodontics at the University of Melbourne.
Dr Rae is passionate about improving access to health technology and improving health-related outcomes for regional communities. As such, she has worked tirelessly to establish Townsville Endodontics as a new, state-of-the art specialist clinic that utilises some of the latest technologies in diagnostic and endodontic services.
As part of our commitment to improving accessibility to health technology in the region, Townsville Endodontics have collaborated with MFI Radiology to offer a Cone-beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) diagnostic imaging and reporting service to Townsville and surrounds. This diagnostic imaging is a fully bulk-billed service for all patients who hold a valid Medicare card and is also free of charge for referring practitioners.
